The LMHCC is proud to offer two newly improved pharmacy contracts to our member Funds

  • Contracts are negotiated based on a pool of over 1 million members.

    • Each Fund independently retains autonomy of Plan Design, Formulary choice and drug exclusions. 

    • If your Fund is already a CVS/Caremark Client the members are able to keep their current ID Card.

    • 80% of our members live within 5 miles and 90% within 10 miles of a CVS Pharmacy.

    • Annual Market Checks are preformed typically bringing additional improvement in language and pricing.

  • 2024 Market Check improvements added for 2024, 2025, 2026

    • The contract has aggressive Coalition Pricing based on an established population of over 80,000 members.

    • Flexible options within the contract designed to fit each Funds individual needs.

    • Automatic escalators built in for Year’s 2 and 3 of the contract.

    • Utilizes United Health Group combined data and technology to address consumer affordability.

    • At each Annual Market Check our participating Funds receive new rolling 3-year pricing.
